NIKKIE'S STORY
"I prayed daily, asking God to please allow me to survive this abuse."
My name is Nikkie Carter and I am a Black woman residing in Florida and for 15 years I have endured an excruciatingly painful death walk.
For 15 consecutive years (since 2009)- I have experienced malicious targeting/ stalking, abuse, torment, racism, discrimination, reputation lies & slander, daily telephone monitoring/ blocking & intercepting, privacy intrusion, daily location tracking, racial profiling, micro-policing, micro-surveillance and harassment by Florida's Law Enforcement System/ Personnel, by Florida's Republican Leaders and By Florida Civilian Participants.
In addition, for years I have filed several complaint reports with Florida's Oversight Agencies and with Florida's Republican Officials and Politicians. However, all of my complaint reports and pleas for help- have been repeatedly ignored and swept under the rug; Giving Florida's law enforcement system and personnel the silent consent and green-light that it is ok to continue targeting/ stalking, racially profiling, abusing, tormenting, micro-policing, micro-surveilling, spreading reputation SLANDEROUS LIES and harassing me- a Black woman. Additionally, I know that if I were a White/ Caucasian Woman and I had filed these same complaint reports with Florida's Oversight Agencies and with Florida's Republican Officials and Politicians- this law enforcement micro-surveillance, torture and abuse would have stopped many years ago. But indeed, I am a Black woman, which I KNOW is the core reason, why my complaint reports and my pleas for help- have been ignored, fallen on deaf ears and swept under the rug by Florida Republican Officials and Florida's Oversight Agencies.
Consequently, because Florida's Oversight Agencies and Florida's Republican Officials lacked the care, unbiased leadership and concern, to step in to stop this law enforcement micro-surveillance and abuse against me- A Black Woman; For 15 consecutive years (since 2009)- I have tremendously suffered- economically, financially, personally, professionally, socially, reputation-ally and emotionally.
In addition, allegedly this 15 year malicious targeting, abuse, torment, harassment, micro-policing, micro-surveillance and privacy intrusion that is being conducted against me (a Black Woman) everyday of my life in Florida- Is Being Approved and Allowed by Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis, Florida Republican Politicians and Florida's a Oversight Agencies.
Therefore, I am on a passionate pursuit and mission to ensure that every person and every voter in the United States of America hears and sees my story, so that every American voter will know and keenly comprehend just how high the stakes are in this upcoming 2024 presidential election and in local elections as well.
In addition, as I assess the political landscape throughout the United States- it is obviously clear that some of the most polarizing and prominent Republican politicians live, work and govern in the state of Florida. This includes Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Rick Scott, and Marco Rubio- just to name a few.
However, as I experienced and endured 15 painful years of Florida law enforcement surveillance abuse, torment, retaliation, discrimination, privacy intrusion, micro-policing, micro--surveillance, reputation slanderous LIES and daily harassment from Florida's Law Enforcement System and Personnel- not one of these Florida Republican Officials and/ or Republican Politicians came to my aid and instituted effective actions to stop this unwarranted surveillance abuse being conducted against me- everyday of my life. NOT Rick Scott; NOT Ron DeSantis; NOT Marco Rubio and NOT Donald Trump. NOT one of these Florida Republican Politicians has helped me.
Consequently, my story should serve as a resounding megaphone alarm to every person and every registered voter living in the United States of America- that if you are a Black American and if you represent a Marginalized Group- according to the actions of some Florida Republican Officials and Politicians- your life has absolutely NO VALUE. Remember talk is cheap. It is only a person's actions that prove their real leadership agenda, their real intentions and their real character.
In addition, as I reflect on my very painful journey, I am reminded that some of these Republican Politicians in Florida have repeatedly expressed their political goals and aspirations, to serve as Commander-In-Chief and President of the United States of America. This has been stated, expressed and pursued by Ron DeSantis, Marco Rubio and Donald Trump (the Republican presidential elect). I am also reminded that Donald Trump has served as a close mentor and a close advisor to both Ron DeSantis and MarcoRubio and that Donald Trump is almost single-handedly shaping, molding and grooming the entire Republican party's agenda, actions and priorities.
Lastly, as I continue to fight for my life and fight for my freedom- I must reiterate to every person and every voter living in the United States of America, that participating and casting your vote in every local and national election in the United States and using your voice to Speak-up and Stand-up against injustice, abuse, racism, prejudice, discrimination and sexism- is not a game; It is not a joke; And it is not a passive idea; Casting your vote in every local and national election in the United States and Standing-up against injustice, abuse, racism, prejudice, discrimination and sexism- Is DIRE. It mean:
Dictatorship vs. Democracy
Discrimination vs. Equal Treatment
Slavery vs. Freedom
Racial Injustice vs. Fair Justice
Prejudice vs. Equal Rights

IN ADDITION, FOR MANY YEARS NIIKKIE CARTER HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY SABOTAGED, BLOCKED AND RETALIATED AGAINST- IN HER PURSUIT FOR JUSTICE AND IN HER PURSUIT TO RETAIN A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY/ LAWYER FOR HER LEGAL CASES.
NIKKIE HAS CATEGORIZED THIS EXTREMELY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE AS A FORM OF MODERN-DAY SLAVERY!
IN ADDITION, NIKKIE FIRMLY BELIEVES THAT IF SHE WERE A WHITE/ CAUCASIAN WOMAN AND HAD FILED THESE SAME COMPLAINT REPORTS WITH FLORIDA REPUBLICAN OFFICIALS, REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS AND FLORIDA'S OVERSIGHT AGENCIES- THIS LAW ENFORCEMENT MALICIOUS TARGETING, MICRO-SURVEILLANCE, MICRO-POLICING, TORMENT, ABUSE, HARASSMENT AND REPUTATION LIES- WOULD HAVE STOPPED MANY YEARS AGO.
BUT NIKKIE CARTER IS A BLACK WOMAN AND NIKKIE BELIEVES THIS IS THE CORE REASON WHY HER MANY COMPLAINT REPORTS AND PLEAS FOR HELP & ASSISTANCE HAVE BEEN IGNORED, FALLEN ON DEAF EARS AND SWEPT UNDER THE RUG BY FLORIDA REPUBLICAN OFFICIALS, REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS AND OVERSIGHT AGENCIES.
